Step one: Show all hidden files on the infected PC

1. Go to the Start button and Click on, and then choose the Control Panel.

3. Tab the Folder Options icon
4. Click on the View tab in the Folder Options little window
5. Check the Show hidden files, folders, and drives under the Hidden files and folders category, then click Ok button.

Step two: Go to Control Panel and delete Sirefef.gen!C virus from Add & Remove program
